Terms and Conditions

1. Once you have acquired your ticket you accept the terms and conditions of www.excursionsbenidorm.com
2. The printed voucher is your entrance ticket to the establishment.
3. The voucher must be presented along with your D.N.I, your drivers’ license or passport and signed by the holder of the paying credit card.
4. t is absolutely forbidden to re sell the ticket.
5. In the case of an unforeseen cancellation by the company, you will be refunded the full amount of the entrance price.
6. Should the client need to cancel, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required prior to the date of the excursion. If this condition is fulfilled then a full refund will be given minus 5% for bank charges.
7. For cancellations where notice has been given less than 24 hours prior to the excursion date, 50% of the entrance price will be refunded.
8. The refunds will only be given once all the relevant checks are made, approximately one month.
9. The venue reserves the right of admission. The security staff are authorised to refuse entrance to any person who appears to be under the influence of any substances.
10. Under no circumstances will www.excursionesbenidorm.com store your personal information or credit card details.
